The BMW C-1 was made in 2001 and 2002 and sold in Europe. Designed for safety and comfort, it failed to meet sales goals and was discontinued.

BMW built the C-1 with weather protection for the commuter. They've been discontinued but can still be seen in Europe.
The first one here was in Barcelona, and the yellow one was in Vienna.
