Archives
Velomobiling.net started up in February, 2005, after our original Earthlink-hosted website went down because of too much traffic. We posted many articles, both our own and those of fellow velomobile enthusiasts, and we were fortunate enough to have several of them translated into Dutch (much thanks to Peter van der Heul!), and one into German.
These articles will not be updated after 2006. New velomobiles are coming out, import/export and licensing arrangements are making European velomobiles more widely available, and old velomobiles are being re-designed. Check elsewhere on this and other sites for up-to-date information.
When you are in the archives, some of the articles display full-page, because their content is too large to fit in the center column of the Velomobiling site layout. These will usually display a return-to-home logo at the top of the page, like this:
Pages displayed in the center column (rather than full-page) may also be available in "printer-friendly" format; check for a link at the bottom of the article.
Flag icons in the article headers link to translations. (The icons below identify the language of the archived articles.)
Many photos in the articles link to larger images, Gallery pages, or manufacturer sites.

Fred built an Alligt Alleweder from a kit. This was the pre-2006 version (now referred to as the "A3") not the updated A4. He detailed the construction and allowed us to mirror his webpages.
